Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged18 to75 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for refractory ulcerative colitis as per the "Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018, Beijing)," with extensive disease involvement, recurrent episodes, or failure to achieve clinical or endoscopic remission after advanced therapy; 3. Able to independently provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of advanced malignancies, severe infectious diseases, or hepatic or renal insufficiency; 2. Presence of contraindications for colonoscopy evaluation; 3. Patients or their families unable to understand the conditions and objectives of this study.
