Intervention Group:Routine care + Narrative care intervention (once weekly postoperatively, 30-40 minutes per session, total 8 sessions
conducted in person or online
including relationship building, problem externalization, deconstruction, and story rewriting)
Control Group:Routine breast surgery department care (admission nursing and education, perioperative care, discharge nursing and follow-up)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with breast cancer at the Breast Center from April 2025 to December 2028; 2. Those who have not received any treatment for breast cancer before; 3. No definite distant organ metastasis was found before treatment; 4. Conscious, with no speech communication or reading and writing disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not received breast cancer treatment at the breast center; 2. Previously diagnosed with other malignant tumors; 3. Have a clear diagnosis of psychological or mental illness; 4. Lack of full capacity for independent behavior; 5. Patients who participated in similar studies; 6. Unable to accept narrative care due to personal reasons.
