Control Group:Routine postoperative health education and follow-up (providing health education manual, guiding daily care and diet)
establishing a family WeChat group one day before discharge for follow-up management, with weekly follow-ups.
Intervention Group:Continuity of care based on the Internet-based Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (IKAP) model: joining the continuity care WeChat official account and Douyin account before di
conducting science popularization education through WeChat and Douyin groups after discharge (weekly knowledge push), establishing dedicated follow-up teams for personalized guidance
weekly online training and Q&A sessions every Saturday
encouraging parents to upload daily care videos for feedback and guidance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnosis and classification criteria established in the Expert Consensus on Perioperative Management of Hirschsprung's Disease formulated by the Anorectal Group of the Pediatric Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. Children of all ages; 3. Primary caregivers of the children aged = 18 years, owning a smartphone, and capable of using common mobile applications; 4. Physically and psychologically healthy, with the ability to communicate, read, and write; 5. Primary caregivers voluntarily participating with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria: 1. Children suffering from severe primary diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and endocrine system diseases; 2. Primary caregivers suffering from severe physical diseases, mental disorders, or cognitive, visual, or auditory impairments; 3. Primary caregivers who have experienced major stressful events (e.g., bereavement, divorce) within the past 3 months.
