Conditions

Pulpitis or periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth with coarse root canals in which the apical foramen isn't closed

Interventions

commercial plugger,CP:The barrier material, iRoot BP Plus, was delivered into the apical area using a carrier. Subsequently, the conventional apexification procedure was performed under a dental micro
personalized plugger,PP:A novel apexification procedure performed using personalized vertical compaction pluggers fabricated via artificial intelligence and 3D printing technology.
