Control group:Verbal and written health education identical in content to the perioperative educational video for TKA filmed from a first-person perspective

55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned to undergo primary unilateral TKA due to knee osteoarthritis; 2. Age 55–80 years; 3. Blood pressure well controlled at baseline measurement (systolic <140 mmHg and diastolic <90 mmHg); 4. Able to understand and complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined severe cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 2. Preoperative presence of infectious or other inflammatory joint lesions; 3. Combined severe cardiovascular system disease; 4. Presence of a history of previous surgery.
