Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a preoperative diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer scheduled for elective thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA physical status classification I-III; 3. Age 18-80 years; 4. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent; 5. Agreement to use a postoperative analgesic pump.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. History of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 3. Autoimmune disease or chronic inflammation; 4. Systemic infection or corticosteroid use within 1 month prior to surgery; 5. Neutropenia ( 442 µmol/L or undergoing renal replacement therapy); 8. Neuropsychiatric disorders precluding informed consent; 9. Pregnant women; 10. Patients with tumors at other sites or those with metastatic disease.
