18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging revealed no evidence of distant metastasis; 2. Underwent curative-intent hepatectomy for HCC; 3. The hepatic resection specimen was pathologically confirmed as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 4. Received no other antitumor therapy prior to surgery; 5. Had complete clinical and pathological data available for analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received preoperative antimicrobial treatment. 2. Exhibited macroscopic vascular invasion as determined by postoperative pathology. 3. Had a history of other malignant tumors; 4. Classified as Child-Pugh class C liver function. 5. Suffered from inflammatory diseases or severe infections.
