Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) with confirmation by imaging [computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)]; 3. Having received intravenous thrombolysis with TNK (Metalyse™) at the participating research center; 4. Provision of signed informed consent by the patient or their legally authorized representative; 5. Ability and willingness to comply with the study follow-up procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received reperfusion therapy before arriving at the hospital (e.g., intravenous thrombolysis was initiated at an external institution prior to transfer). 2. Participation in any interventional clinical trial that may affect the outcomes of this study.
