Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative histopathological confirmation of glioblastoma (WHO grade 4), IDH-wildtype (according to the 2021 WHO Classification of Tumours of the Central Nervous System); 2. No radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy prior to surgery; underwent gross total resection, followed by standard postoperative chemoradiotherapy; 3. Complete clinical data available (including imaging data and follow-up information); 4. Biospecimens stored in our hospital biobank, with sufficient tumor tissue reserved for subsequent staining and/or RNA extraction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concomitant other malignant tumors or severe autoimmune diseases (to exclude potential systemic immune effects on macrophages); 2. Recurrent glioma; 3. Patients who died from perioperative complications and therefore lacked valid follow-up data.
