Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults (Revised Edition 2016)", with LDL-C being >= 130 mg/dl; 2. During the three months prior to the study, no lipid-lowering drugs, probiotics, antibiotics, or other medications were used; 3. The patient's clinical case data is complete; 4. All patients are required to receive statin therapy, and they have no allergic reaction to statins.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combine digestive system diseases, diabetes and other diseases that may affect the intestinal flora; 2. Merge liver and kidney function abnormalities; 3. Merge with severe cognitive impairment or mental-related disorders; 4. Patients with malignant tumors are combined.
