Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. College students (aged 18 or older); 2. Voluntarily participating in this study; 3. Self-reporting symptoms of social anxiety that cause distress and scoring >= 19 on the Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from severe mental illnesses, such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.; 2.Having a history of or current issues with drug or substance abuse; 3.A history of psychotropic medication use within the past year, such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, etc.; 4.Presenting a risk of suicide; 5.Having a history of severe trauma or a diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); 6.Currently receiving other forms of psychotherapy.
