Judged to be healthy based on medical history, physical examination and basic laboratory tests (if there are archived records). 4. Resting sitting blood pressure is lower than the 90th percentile of blood pressure for children of the same age, gender and height. 5. Body Mass Index (BMI) is between the 5th and 85th percentiles for the same age and gender. 6. The legal guardian signs the informed consent form, and the subject (>= 8 years old) signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known to have any cardiovascular disease (including congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, post-Kawasaki disease sequelae, arrhythmia, etc.). 2. Known to have any chronic disease that may affect the cardiovascular system (such as chronic kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, endocrine diseases such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, etc.). 3. Had a recent (within 3 months) history of acute infection or hospitalization. 4. Have been taking any medications that may affect cardiovascular function or blood pressure (such as psychotropic drugs, hormones, etc.). 5. Detected heart murmur (>=2/6 grade) or other significant abnormal signs during physical examination. 6. Any cardiac structural or functional abnormalities (such as moderate or above valve regurgitation, pericardial effusion, ventricular hypertrophy, systolic dysfunction, etc.) were found during echocardiography examination.
