Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium (VR-Efm) detected at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from July to October 2024; 2.The clinical data is complete and relevant information can be obtained through the hospital infection real-time monitoring system (such as the "Blue Dragonfly System");

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.VR-Efm strains repeatedly detected in the same patient (only the first detection is included); 2.The clinical data is incomplete;
