Interventions

Experimental Group :0.9% saline was used to flush the tubing and maintain catheter patency

Group B1 :Low-concentration heparin group:Flush the catheter line and maintain catheter patency with heparinized saline at 2 U/mL

Group B2 :High-concentration heparin group: Flushing the circuit and maintaining catheter patency with heparinized saline at 5 U/mLof 0.9% saline solution.

0.1 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 28 days and 18 years; 2. Peripheral arterial catheter in place during PICU stay; 3.Prothrombin time (PT) 100 × 10^9/L; 4.Informed consent obtained from the child and their legal guardian, and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Removal of the peripheral arterial catheter within a short period (5 times the upper limit of normal) or significantly elevated fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) (>3 times the upper limit of normal).
