18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 75 years old 2. ASA classification: I - III 3. Scheduled for thyroidectomy under general anesthesia 4. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative presence of severe sleep disorders or long-term use of sedative-hypnotic drugs; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal coagulation function (INR > 1.4 or platelet count < 80x10^9/L); 3. Allergy to ropivacaine; 4. Infection at the puncture site, anatomical abnormalities, or previous history of neck surgery; 5. Contralateral phrenic nerve palsy, glaucoma; 6. Severe heart and lung diseases, mental disorders or communication disorders.
