Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Mechanical ventilation for >= 24 hours; 3.Conscious and able to cooperate with instructions to complete the actions; 4.No contraindications to EIT; 5.The patient or the family member consents and signs the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with an APACHE II score exceeding 30 and who are expected to die within 48 hours; 2.Rapidly progressing neuromuscular diseases; 3.At the advanced stage of the disease, it is expected that the patient will die within the next week; 4.There are cases of increased intracranial pressure, limb disability or loss, as well as unstable fractures; 5.Those who also participated in other clinical trials;
