Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for severe AS by transthoracic echocardiography: aortic valve blood flow velocity greater than 4 m/s, or mean transvalvular pressure gradient of the aortic valve >=40 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa), or valve orifice area 70 mm; Left ventricular end-systolic diameter > 50 mm; Left ventricular end-systolic diameter index > 25 mm/m2; LVEF <=55%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction occurred within the last 30 days; 2. Infective endocarditis or intracardiac thrombosis; 3. Acute heart failure not corrected; 4. Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction; 5. Complicated with malignant tumor, with an expected lifespan of less than 1 year.
