Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 18 years; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute asthma exacerbation according to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Asthma (2025 Edition); 3. Thunderstorm group: children presenting within 72 hours after a thunderstorm; 4. Control group: children presenting during non-thunderstorm days within the same period; 5. Complete clinical and laboratory data available;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital heart disease, immunodeficiency, or severe metabolic disorders; 2. Children with tuberculosis, bronchial malformations, or lymphatic circulation disorders; 3. Cases with a confirmed history of foreign body aspiration; 4. Incomplete or missing key clinical data;
