18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 70 years old; 2. BMI: 18 - 30 kg/m^2; 3. ASA grade: I - III; 4. Planned to undergo painless gastroscopy; 5. The patient consents and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Previous allergic history to propofol, eggs, soybeans, and albumin; 3. Complicated with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Complicated with respiratory system diseases (including asthma, respiratory tract infection, chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema, pulmonary edema, etc.); 5. Complicated with heart diseases (including heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, etc.); 6. Liver disease; kidney disease; intracranial hypertension; skull base fracture; patients with multiple system injuries; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Full stomach; 9. History of difficult airway.
