Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score = 80; 3. Pathologically confirmed undifferentiated non-keratinizing carcinoma of the nasopharynx; 4. Patients treated at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between 2020 and 2025; 5. Subjects were subjected to radiotherapy; 6. No history of psychiatric disorders or impaired consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distant metastasis or a history of other malignancies within the past five years; 2. Patients with communication barriers; 3. Patients who were unable to take food orally or presented with symptoms of oral mucosal injury prior to treatment.
