Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 65 years; 2. ASA classification ?-? (see Appendix); 3. Body mass index (BMI) 20-29.0 kg/m^2; 4. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score > 24 points (see Appendix); 5. Normal hearing and language communication ability; 6. Good mental state, no smoking or drinking history; 7. Voluntary participation in the study and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with a history of malignant tumors or major diseases of the heart and lungs, etc.; 2.Those with combined acute or chronic infectious diseases; 3.Abnormal cognitive function (such as dementia); 4.Those with a history of mental illness or currently taking psychotropic drugs; 5.Preoperative conditions with diseases that may affect body temperature (such as those with coagulation disorders, anemic patients); 6.Combined with nasopharyngeal diseases; 7.Patients with preoperative hypothermia or fever; 8.Patients with combined stroke, diabetes, and internal environment disorders; 9.Those with surgical contraindications or allergic to anesthetic drugs; 10.Those who have participated in other research projects recently.
