Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1.Patients scheduled for elective cardiac valve surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass were selected, ASA grade: II-III, aged 18-70 years, 2.There were no significant abnormalities in liver and kidney functions; 3.The body mass index (BMI) was 18-26 kg/m^2; 4.The ASA classification was grade II-III, and the New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification was grade II-III; 5.The estimated operation time was <= 6 hours; Control group: The surgical type was elective non-cardiac surgery, and there were no significant hemodynamic fluctuations during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe arrhythmia or heart failure before the operation, those with an ejection fraction of less than 35% before the operation, those with a history of myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery within the past 3 months, those with poorly controlled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg), those with severe anemia before the operation (hemoglobin < 70 g/L), those with coagulation dysfunction, those who are resistant or allergic to heparin, those with malignant tumors, those with severe liver, kidney or lung dysfunction, those with a history of mental disorders or immune system diseases, those with concurrent severe infectious diseases, and those undergoing other cardiac surgeries simultaneously; 2.Those who used glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants before the operation.
