Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, undergoing upper limb surgery such as fractures or joint dislocations, requiring special surgical positions like beach chair position or lateral position; 2. First time receiving this type of surgery, with normal coagulation and immune function; 3. Normal cognitive function and communication ability before surgery, able to cooperate with study-related assessments; 4. Voluntarily participating in this study, signing the informed consent form, approved by the hospital ethics review committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative underlying conditions such as skin breakdown, hypoproteinemia, diabetes, and hypertension that may increase the risk of pressure ulcers or complications; 2. History of pressure ulcers or upper limb nerve injuries; 3. Complicated by infection, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, consciousness disorders, or psychiatric diseases; 4. Abnormal conditions at the surgical site such as deformities or tumors; 5. Refusal to participate in this study or inability to cooperate with postoperative follow-up.
