Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 50 years old; 2. AMD was diagnosed or excluded through anterior segment examination with slit lamp biomicroscopy, fundus examination, SD-OCT, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and other tests. 3. No other organic ocular lesions were combined except for cataract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraocular pressure (IOP) > 21 mmHg; 2. Unable to dilate the pupils; 3. Axial length >= 26mm or <= 23mm; 4. Unable to maintain steady gaze; 5. There are other organic eye disorders apart from AMD (age-related macular degeneration) and cataracts.
