Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newborns with a birth weight between 1000g-1499g; 2. binaural hearing screening passed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital malformations; 2. Children with inherited metabolic diseases; 3. Children with chromosomal abnormalities; 4. Children with catch-up growth after birth who have not reached a weight of 2000g and are discharged from the hospital; 5. Family members of the patient are unwilling to participate in this study.
