18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 59 years; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023 and is confirmed as having stroke via cranial CT or MRI; (3) Hospitalization duration of 7 days or longer, encompassing three phases: acute treatment phase, in-hospital stabilization phase, and discharge preparation phase; (4) Clear consciousness with basic communication and expression abilities; (5) Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or aphasia preventing completion of the interview; (2) Concurrent advanced malignant tumors or other severe physical illnesses affecting communication.
