Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with multi-drug resistant bacterial infections through clinical microbiological tests; 2. Patients who experienced organ function impairment upon admission or during their hospital stay (judged according to the corresponding clinical diagnostic criteria, such as acute kidney injury based on the KDIGO kidney injury improvement and risk stratification standards, etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Include other primary diseases that may seriously affect organ functions, such as congenital heart disease, terminal stage of malignant tumors, etc.; 2. Have mental disorders or cognitive impairments, and are unable to cooperate with the relevant research operations or provide reliable information; 3. Have received long-term (more than 3 months) treatment for multi-drug resistant bacterial infections before admission; 4. Have severe missing clinical data, which affects the extraction and analysis of key indicators; 5. Pregnant or lactating women
