Experimental group:Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with a new exercise care intervention (i.e., initiating strength and weight-bearing training within 24 hours after PRP injection).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment for osteoarthritis 2. Patients with a clear understanding of their diagnosis 3. Age >= 18 years 4. Conscious and alert, with basic verbal communication ability 5. Normal platelet count and other hematological parameters, nutritional status, body mass index (BMI), vascular function, tissue oxygen perfusion, immunity, and neurological function 6. Systemic baseline conditions—including electrolytes, blood cells, blood glucose, and acid-base balance—meet required standards
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental or psychological disorders; 2. Refusal to participate in this study
