Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received first-line treatment at the Electronic Medical Record (Hospital Information System, HIS) of Changzhi People’s Hospital between January 2021 and September 2024; 2.Histologically and pathologically confirmed gastroesophageal junction cancer, staged as unresectable locally advanced or metastatic disease (cT4/N+/M1) according to the AJCC 8th edition gastric cancer staging system; 3.HER2-negative expression (IHC 0/1+/2+ with negative FISH results); 4.Presence of radiologically evaluable lesions with at least one documented imaging-based response assessment; 5.Age between 18 and 80 years, with an expected survival of >=3 months; 6.Patients in the hyperthermia group received at least one session of hyperthermia therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non–first-line treatment regimen; 2.HER2-positive status (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with positive FISH results); 3.Mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) / microsatellite instability–high (MSI-H); 4.A history of other malignancies within the previous five years
