Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old 2. Patients admitted to the geriatric orthopedic ward due to hip fracture and scheduled for surgical treatment 3. Those who were determined to have frailty after preoperative frailty assessment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Old fractures (i.e., surgeries performed 21 days or more after the fracture occurred) 2. Pathological fractures caused by multiple traumas or malignant tumors 3. Severe cognitive dysfunction (MoCA scale score < 10 points) 4. Severe hearing impairment, aphasia or communication difficulties 5. Post-operative transfer to ICU 6. Accidental discharge or refusal to participate in the study
