18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Voluntary signing of informed consent; 3. Patients with gout or hyperuricemia or healthy volunteers; 4. No severe coagulation disorders; 5. Able to complete all three sampling procedures at one time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infection, shock or dehydration; 2. Active skin disease or finger deformity affecting sample collection; 3. Recent (within 48 hours) heavy drinking or vigorous exercise; 4. Participation in other intervention studies and affecting uric acid levels.
