Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 6-40 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for lower eyelid ectropion and are suitable for surgical treatment; 3. No systemic diseases that contraindicate surgery (such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation disorders, etc.); 4. Able to cooperate with treatment and postoperative follow-up, and sign the informed consent form; 5. Have not undergone lower eyelid-related surgery or other targeted treatments in the past 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating females. 2.Patients with uncontrolled acute ocular infection or inflammation (e.g., conjunctivitis, keratitis, blepharitis, etc.). 3.Patients with autoimmune diseases, poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose > 8.0 mmol/L), or a history of malignant tumor. 4.Patients with a history of ocular trauma or ocular surgery (other than surgeries for lower eyelid ectropion) that may affect the study outcomes. 5.Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up. 6.Patients with local eyelid skin ulcers, keloid tendency, or other skin diseases that may affect surgical outcomes.
