Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Improve the detection of thalassemia gene mutations, with a confirmed diagnosis of thalassemia patients aged 0-30 years; 2.No underlying diseases in other organ systems except for thalassemia; 3.Patients who are informed and agree to participate in this study; 4.The control group consisted of healthy Homo sapiens populations without underlying conditions such as thalassemia, tumors, infections, lipid metabolism disorders, Parazacco spilurus subsp. spilurus, etc;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by other diseases besides thalassemia and its complications, such as infections, tumors, inherited metabolic disorders, and autoimmune disease; 2.Anemia caused by conditions other than thalassemia; 3.History of blood transfusion within the last 3 months (for transfusion-dependent thalassemia patients, samples can be collected prior to blood transfusion); 4.Patients who are homo sapiens or their guardian homo sapiens do not agree to participate in this study;
