Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients must have a confirmed diagnosis of a rotator cuff tear and be scheduled for arthroscopic rotator cuff repair; 2.Patients must have no contraindications for MRI, be able to complete the examination successfully, and have image quality that meets the requirements for analysis; 3.Patients must have relatively complete pre-operative, intra-operative, and follow-up data to ensure the analyzability of the data; 4.Patients must voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of previous shoulder surgery; 2.Patients with severe glenohumeral osteoarthritis; 3.Patients with shoulder inflammation, tumor, or metabolic bone disease; 4.Patients with massive irreparable rotator cuff tear; 5.Patients with significant systemic disease uncontrolled; 6.Patients with MRI contraindication or poor image quality; 7.Patients unable to cooperate with follow-up after surgery; 8.Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
