40 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years and 4 ng/ml; 3. Abnormal signal lesions are indicated by multi-parameter MRI of the prostate; 4. Signed informed consent form; 5. Previously, no any prostate-related treatment has been undergone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to MRI examinations, such as metal implants, claustrophobia, etc. 2.Patients with any missing baseline clinical and pathological information; 3.Previous prostate biopsy, surgery, or treatment; 4.Patients with a history of other malignancies; 5.Serious comorbidities or other health problems; 6.Unable to provide informed consent
