Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot (DF) as outlined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Foot (2024 edition)" and have Wagner grade 1 or higher diabetic foot; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Patient has given informed consent and voluntarily participates in the interview; 4. Possesses basic communication skills and language expression abilities. Caregivers: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Is the primary caregiver for the diabetic foot patient during treatment and recovery, averaging at least 4 hours of care per day, with an average of care for at least 5 days per week, and does not charge any caregiving fees; 3. Has provided informed consent for the study and voluntarily participates.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Those with severe physical or psychological illnesses; 2. Those with communication barriers; 3. Those with a history of amputation due to trauma. Caregivers: 1. Caregivers who receive a salary (such as nursing assistants); 2. Caregivers who have received training in caregiving skills; 3. Caregivers with speech impediments.
