Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Asian adults, male or female; 2. Diagnosed with CSR refractory to conservative treatment; 3.Exhibiting symptoms of nerve root compression, including neck or shoulder discomfort, upper limb pain or numbness, muscle weakness, or impaired fine motor function of the hands; 4.Preoperative imaging confirming a single-level cervical lesion with a non-calcified herniated disc; 5.No contraindications for neurophysiological monitoring (e.g., no local infections at the monitoring site, no known allergic reactions to anesthetics, and no implanted electronic devices that could interfere with monitoring).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of peripheral neuropathy affecting any of the four limbs; 2.History of cervical spine trauma or surgery; 3.Central nervous system disorders or conditions affecting SEP monitoring; 4.Inadequate follow-up data.
