Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years or older; 2.Presence of intracranial large vessel occlusion with successful endovascular treatment achieving recanalization (mTICI 2b-3); 3.Time from symptom onset to completion of imaging examination within 4.5 hours; 4.Occlusion located in the ICA or M1 segment of the MCA; 5.Complete preoperative spectral non-contrast CT (NCCT) and spectral CTA imaging data available; 6.Preoperative spectral NCCT and spectral CTA performed on the same CT scanner, with slice thickness <=0.25 mm for NCCT and <=0.625 mm for CTA; 7.Complete corresponding clinical data (including but not limited to: gender, age, smoking status, history of hypertension, atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease, admission NIHSS score, TOAST classification, modified Rankin Scale, etc.);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease or bleeding tendency; 2.Severe vascular tortuosity preventing thrombectomy devices from reaching the target vessel; 3.Imaging data not in standard DICOM format; 4.Patients from whom thrombus was not retrieved during endovascular thrombectomy (EVT), or retrieved thrombus unsuitable for pathological study, or those with incomplete clinical data.
