Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients aged above 18 years old; 2.Patients who have undergone coronary CTA results and CACS in the past 3 months. 3.Be able to comply with the study procedures as specified in the protocol, and understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form approved by the Ethics Committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with moderate to severe hepatic dysfunction (transaminase >200 U/L or Child-Pugh score >=7). 2.Patients with acute trauma (e.g., multiple fractures, traumatic brain injury), severe burns (>=second-degree, body surface area >20%), or acute poisoning (heavy metal poisoning, drug overdose). 3.Patients with hematological disorders or complex medical conditions that may interfere with the study procedures or increase risks, such as: severe iron deficiency anemia (hemoglobin concentration <60 g/L), hematological malignancies (e.g., leukemia, lymphoma), HIV, syphilis, or hepatitis B infection. 4.Patients who have continuously taken in trace element supplements (e.g., iron, zinc, selenium) within the past three months; 5.Patients with a history of special occupational exposure—those who have worked in environments with strong associations with trace element (iron, zinc, selenium, chromium, nickel, silicon, etc.) metabolism for two consecutive years, such as: long-term inhalation of free silica dust (ceramic production, cement processing, stone processing, ceramic/glass manufacturing), high-exposure to heavy metals (e.g., lead, mercury), trace element mining and processing industries. 6.Pregnant or lactating women.
