Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with gastric cancer by pathology and have undergone radical gastrectomy (including total or partial gastrectomy) for gastric cancer, and have been discharged and given home enteral nutrition; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Knowing your own condition; 4. Clear consciousness and normal cognitive and communication skills; 5. Patients who are willing to cooperate with this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Serious postoperative complications (such as anastomotic leakage, abdominal infection, etc.); 3. Previous history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 4. Those who are unable to complete the questionnaire due to communication barriers due to reasons such as consciousness, spirit and psychology; 5. Those who are unable to manage themselves and answer the questionnaire by operating the mobile medical platform for various reasons.
