65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years and <90 years, regardless of sex; 2. Scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I to III; 3. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form, had complete clinical data, and were able to complete the follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in this study; dementia; inability to communicate preoperatively due to coma, audiovisual disturbances, or language disorders; pre-existing diagnosis of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; severe cardiac, cerebral, renal, or hepatic dysfunction, or craniocerebral injury; patients undergoing emergency or intracranial surgery.
