18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.gastric cancer was confirmed by gastroscopy and pathological biopsy before operation; 2.radical gastrectomy was performed; 3.age 18-80 years old; 4.no serious underlying disease; 5.no distant metastasis was found on admission; 6.no history of other malignancies other than gastric cancer; 7.postoperative pathological stage: T1-4bN0-3bM0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.emergency surgery; 2.patients with palliative surgery and positive postoperative pathological margins; 3.patients with distant metastases or unresectable surrounding organ invasion on admission or during surgery; 4.patients with gastric metastases; 5.patients with residual gastric cancer; 6. patients with incomplete postoperative pathological data;
