Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maternal age>=18 years, gestation < 17+6 weeks+days, twin pregnant women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with maternal age < 18 years ,Women who do not want to provide informed consent, use of any medication during pregnancy due to hypertension, diabetes or psychosis, use of contraction depressants/progesterone or cervical cerclage during pregnancy to prevent premature birth, absolute contraindications to participating in moderate physical activity during pregnancy: premature rupture of membranes, unexplained persistent vaginal bleeding, placenta previa after 26-28 weeks of gestation, preeclampsia, cervical insufficiency, fetal growth restriction, triple pregnancy of three or more, uncontrolled type I diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled thyroid disease, other serious cardiovascular, respiratory or systemic diseases, etc.
