Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. Patients diagnosed with primary herpes zoster neuralgia in the head and face region 3. Excluding other intracranial space-occupying lesions 4. Complete clinical and follow-up data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial space-occupying lesion 2. Unable to tolerate invasive procedures 3. Failure in electrode placement 4. Unable to complete one-year follow-up after surgery.
