50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for HIV infection outlined in the Chinese HIV/AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2024 Edition); 2. Age>= 50 years; 3.Take nationally-provided free medication; 4.No communication barriers; 5.Voluntarily signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of mental illness; 2. Current drug users; 3. Individuals with severe concomitant cardiopulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction, or those with severely compromised immune function.
