Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic scars. 2. Aged between 18 and 50 years old, with no gender restrictions. 3. Stop using the relevant drugs or methods for treating this disease for at least 2 months. 4. Mentally normal, informed consent and cooperation with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 50 years old; 2. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 3. Accompanied by systemic or general diseases, or accompanied by organic diseases; 4. Relevant therapeutic drugs, such as tetracyclines, retinoids, and corticosteroids, have been used for less than 2 months; 5. Have a history of drug or related allergies; 6. Patients with active skin inflammation or active infections (mainly viral infections); 7. The treatment site is accompanied by malignant lesions or suspected of having malignant lesions.
