Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.HCM group: All meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Heart Association guidelines. 1Those diagnosed with pathological genetic variations through genetic testing; 2 Left ventricular hypertrophy: Maximum diastolic end wall thickness > 15 mm; 2.or maximum diastolic end wall thickness > 11 mm along with a family history of HCM, or a history of sudden death, or genetic mutations, or accompanied by left ventricular outflow tract obstruction; 3.special segment wall hypertrophy cases. (2) HHD group: 1With a long-term history of hypertension [systolic blood pressure >= 150 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg for more than 5 years]; 2Left ventricular hypertrophy detected by echocardiography, maximum diastolic end wall thickness > 11 mm. (3) CA group: 1. Confirmed by endomyocardial biopsy pathology;2. Or confirmed by biopsy pathology from other organs outside the heart;3. Involving the heart, left ventricular wall thickness > 11 mm. Age: >=18 years Gender: No restriction Patient inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, cardiac amyloidosis, or hypertensive heart disease at Ganzhou People's Hospital between January 2022 and May 2024. Requirement: Complete clinical documentation available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Include coronary heart disease, valvular disease, and congenital heart disease; 2.New York Heart Function Classification Grade IV; 3. Complicated with other systemic diseases or infiltrative cardiomyopathy; 4.Previous history of ventricular septal ablation or hypertrophic cardiomyectomy surgery.
