18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer; 2. Undergoing elective radical surgery for the first time; 3. Aged 18–75 years, regardless of gender; 4. Mentally competent with basic communication and reading abilities; 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 2. Coexisting diseases that severely affect gastrointestinal function; 3. Emergency surgery, palliative surgery, or severe postoperative complications (e.g., major anastomotic leakage) requiring reoperation.
