Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic diseases established by the World Health Organization (WHO); 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3.Have clear consciousness, be able to understand the content of the questionnaire, and not be illiterate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hearing, visual, visual acuity, and mental disorders; 2.Combined with significant organ dysfunction; 3.Being bedridden and unable to move; 4.Significant personal or family events that have affected your mood within the past month.
