No minimum to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6 months to 12 years; 2. Require admission to the PICU with an expected length of stay =24 hours; 3. All patients must adhere to follow-up as prescribed, consent to inpatient treatment, and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of delirium at admission; 2. Severe congenital neurological disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders; 3.severe hearing/visual impairment; 4. Expected death or withdrawal from treatment within 24 hours; 5. Previous history of PICU admission; 6. Participation in another interventional clinical trial within the past 30 days.
